Your booking page

Every venue with Qaema Book gets its own booking page at book.qaema.ai/your-address. It is the one link you share: a WhatsApp status, a sticker on the door, a bio on Instagram.

The link is shown at the bottom of Setup, under Your booking link, with a Copy button next to it. Nothing is visible to a guest until you press Publish booking page — before that, and after Unpublish, the link answers “this booking page isn’t published yet” and says nothing else about the venue.

The link never changes. Publishing again after you edit services, hours or rules keeps the same address, so a printed sticker stays good.

The page is one screen, in Arabic or English, and it always shows what is actually free right now — it is built fresh on every visit rather than served from a cache.

  1. Choose a service. One or several. Each shows its duration, and the total duration is what decides how long a slot has to be.
  2. Choose who. Only when Guests can pick a person is on in Setup. Anyone is the first choice, then each of your people by name.
  3. Choose a day. A strip of days running as far ahead as your Book up to rule allows.
  4. Choose a time. Times already taken are struck through and can’t be picked; times that have passed, that fall inside your Earliest booking window, or that are in the walk-in-only stretch before closing are simply not offered.
  5. Leave a phone number. A phone is the only required field — a guest never makes an account. Name and note are optional.

If a phone number or another detail needs correcting, the booking and large-party request forms keep the chosen day, language and entered details. A selected time stays selected only while it is still available. Guests can correct the highlighted field and submit again. Keyboard focus is visible on time, resource and party choices, and phone errors are announced to assistive technology.

Pressing Book takes the guest to their own confirmation page at book.qaema.ai/b/…. It shows the day and time in your venue’s clock, the venue name, and a six-character booking code — what the guest quotes at the counter, and what an assistant needs (with the last four digits of their phone) to look the booking up again.

From that page a guest can:

  • Add to calendar — downloads a calendar file for the booking.
  • Directions — opens a map at your location pin, or at your address when no pin is set.
  • Reschedule — reopens the booking page to pick another time. The booking keeps its code; the old time is freed the moment the new one is taken.
  • Book for someone else — a fresh booking page, so a guest can book for a friend without losing their own link.
  • Cancel — with the policy line above it: free to cancel until the confirmation window you set under Ask guests to confirm, and after that a note that the venue may keep a deposit.
  • Browse the menu — shown only when the venue also has a published Qaema menu.

The link is private to that guest, works without a login, and stops working a day after the booking ends. A cancelled booking still opens, shows Cancelled, and offers no actions.

On /app/reservations, a booking a guest made online carries a Copy link action. It copies that guest’s own confirmation link so you can send it back to them — when they lost it, or when you’d rather they rescheduled themselves than had you do it at the counter. Walk-ins and bookings you made yourself have no link, because they were never reachable by one.

A published booking page also answers an assistant. The same four things a guest can do — check what’s free on a day, make a booking, look one up, cancel it — are available as tools at your-address.qaema.ai/mcp (next to the menu tools, when the venue has a menu) and at book.qaema.ai/your-address/mcp. Looking a booking up or cancelling it needs the booking code and the last four digits of the phone that booked it, so an assistant can only reach a booking whose guest is in the room; an unpublished page answers nothing at all.
