Links, delivery and follow us
Reserve a table
Section titled “Reserve a table”At /app/links, set how a visitor reserves: a WhatsApp message, a link to a booking page, a phone number, or turned off entirely. A WhatsApp reservation sends a prefilled message you can customize per language; a fallback phone number is optional, and it never borrows the venue’s number: it shows only when you type one. Leave the WhatsApp or phone number empty to use your venue’s number from Settings — the page shows it as Using your venue number; tap Use a different number to set another one for this button only. The same goes for the pickup number and the WhatsApp entry in Follow us. If the venue has no number either, the save is refused and names the field: add a number there, or add the venue’s number in Settings → Contact.
Order online and delivery apps
Section titled “Order online and delivery apps”order_online_url links to your own ordering page if you have one. The delivery list holds up to eight entries, each pointing at HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, ToYou, Marsool, or a custom app with your own label and link. hide_delivery_at_table (on by default) hides the delivery-app list when a visitor scanned a table code, since dine-in diners don’t need it.
Pickup
Section titled “Pickup”Pickup needs a method: WhatsApp, a link, or a phone number. Its hours follow your opening hours while Same as opening hours is on, which it is by default. Turn it off to set separate pickup hours; the editor starts from your opening hours. Pickup also has a prep time in minutes and its own instructions. See Dine-in, pickup and delivery for how the order message itself is built.
Follow us
Section titled “Follow us”The follow-us block lists your social networks — Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, X and WhatsApp — in whatever order you set, with a headline message and a secondary line, both bilingual. Choose where it shows: the footer, after the visitor’s list, after they leave feedback, or as a floating button, in any combination.
Install prompt and analytics switches
Section titled “Install prompt and analytics switches”Two switches live on this page: install_prompt controls whether returning pickup or delivery visitors are offered the home-screen install prompt (on by default — see Visitor menu page for when it actually appears), and analytics controls whether the public page collects any visit data at all (also on by default). Turning analytics off stops collection everywhere at once — the menu page, QR scans and the public MCP all honor the same switch.
Plan limits
Section titled “Plan limits”Pickup mode, the delivery list and order_online_url all need the Pro plan or higher; on the Free plan, saving any of them is refused with a message to upgrade.
With your agent
Section titled “With your agent”Add HungerStation and a custom “Order on our site” link to delivery, and turn off the delivery list for dine-in tables
calls update_venue with links: { delivery: [{ provider: 'hungerstation', url: '…' }, { provider: 'custom', label: 'Order on our site', url: '…' }], hide_delivery_at_table: true }.
