Feedback inbox

Diners can leave a 1–5 rating and an optional comment from the public menu page. Every new rating lands in your inbox at /app/feedback marked unread, and the app layout shows an unread count as a badge on the Feedback link so you notice without opening it.

The inbox filters to All, Unread, or 1–3 only, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Four tiles summarize the range: the average rating with its change from the previous period of the same length, how many of your 4–5-star raters went on to tap your Google review link (the funnel), how many 1–3-star ratings are unread or carry a comment (kept private — these never get pushed toward Google), and a bar showing the 1–5 distribution.

Select a rating to read its comment and mark it read from there, or use Mark all as read to clear every unread rating in one action.

A rating is flagged as having “tapped Google review” when the same visitor’s session clicked your Google review link within a day of leaving that rating — it’s a link, not a confirmation that they actually posted a review. The review link itself only appears once you’ve set a Google Place ID at Venue settings.

calls list_feedback with since (an ISO timestamp), status (new | read | all, default all) and limit (up to 200), returning the ratings newest-first along with a summary — count, average, unread count and the 4–5 share. To clear it, mark_feedback_read flips the given ids to read, or every unread rating for the venue when ids is omitted.
