Contact support

Owners and managers can open Help & requests under Setup in the dashboard. Choose a topic, explain what happened and tell us whether you can currently sell or accept bookings. You can attach up to three PDF, PNG, JPEG or WebP files, each at most 5 MB.

The request includes the Help page, any reference you enter, your device description and app version. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or payment details. Choose an in-app reply, WhatsApp preference or callback request. WhatsApp needs a verified contact and configured channel; the dashboard conversation remains available if delivery is unavailable.

My requests shows sent, picked-up, replied, solved and reopened requests. Open one to read or send a reply. When the issue is solved, close it and rate support from 1 to 5. You can reopen a solved request within 72 hours; after that, create a new one.

Care may send a separate support verification code to your registered email. It lasts ten minutes and works only for that support request. Never give Care your sign-in code.

If support is temporarily unavailable, try again shortly. Existing dashboard features continue independently.

Connect the support WhatsApp number from Help & requests. Send its one-time VERIFY message within ten minutes. You can disconnect there or send STOP in WhatsApp. Reply to the support message itself so the answer reaches the correct request. After a long pause, an approved WhatsApp template asks you to reply before the team’s saved answer can be delivered.

Guests can contact the dedicated support number with BOOK venue-slug booking-code last4 message or ORDER venue-slug order-reference last4 message. Use the same phone number as the original booking or order. Support verifies that number; another venue’s reference will not match.

Relevant help articles appear while you enter the subject. You can mark an article helpful and still submit a request. Requests needing approval show a review message; refunds are confirmed only after the payment provider and booking record agree.

POS staff PINs that have not been used for 60 days trigger an owner notice. Another notice appears seven days before they expire at 90 days. Review unused accounts in POS staff settings and reset or remove their PINs. Existing PINs receive a full 90-day notice window when this policy is first deployed.

Select Help with this page in the dashboard to open a side panel without leaving your task. It uses the selected venue, lets you search articles and send the same support request as the full Help page, and shows the page path attached to your request. Query strings and fragments are excluded. Close the panel or press Escape to return to your work. If support is unavailable, the panel says so and does not offer a successful submission.
