Start with Book

Qaema Book does not need a Qaema menu. A barber, a clinic or a car wash can start from bookings alone and never add a menu at all.

Signing up

Open book.qaema.ai and it sends you straight to the Qaema sign-up form. Create the account the usual way — name, email, a passcode emailed to you — and you land on Set up Qaema Book instead of the menu onboarding.

The presets

That screen asks one question: what do people book? Pick the business type closest to yours — Barbershop, Salon, Car wash, Clinic, Restaurant, Café, with the rest behind More. The preset only fills in sensible defaults for how often slots start, how far ahead the confirmation is asked for, and whether walk-ins are on; every one of them is editable afterwards in Setup.

Then give the business a name — English, Arabic, or both — and a web address. The address is filled in from the English name as you type and stays editable; it is what your booking link and, later, your menu will use.

Create makes the venue and turns Book on, and drops you on the Setup screen with the preset already applied. From there it is the same page every Book venue uses: services, who takes bookings, hours, slot rules, publish.

The dashboard without a menu

A Book-only venue gets the same dashboard as any other, minus the menu work. Set up bookings and Today are the two screens you live in; Settings still owns the venue’s name, contact number, hours and web address. The menu screens are there but empty — nothing asks you to fill them in, and nothing sends you back to menu onboarding.

Adding a menu later

Nothing about starting with Book closes the door on a menu. The venue is an ordinary Qaema venue: open the menu screens whenever you want one, add sections and items, publish, and the same web address serves both — your-address.qaema.ai for the menu, book.qaema.ai/your-address for bookings. The confirmation page a guest gets starts showing a Browse the menu link as soon as a menu is published.
